THE MAGIC OF IMPROV WORKSHOPS FALL 2008 PRESENTS

Be ready to uncover the drum solo in you! Totally improvisational, sensuous, precise, dramatic, dimensional, fun and totally you! This workshop will focus on listening to music and understanding the subtleties, nuances and complexities while adding dimension and drama to your drum solo. You will learn techniques to avoid blocks, becoming frantic or too busy and more. Noora has a very rich history improvising with some of the best drummers around like Gamal Gomaa, Gamal Shafik and Amir Naoum Chehade to name a few. Her instinctive feel for percussion and her Latin background make her a natural for the drum solo. Come explore the interpretation of rhythms and let it flow naturally from you. NEW FROM DECOTACH! BASE BRAS & BELTS

DECOTACH BASE BRA & BELT Decotach belly dance wear innovator has unveiled a new product! We are now making base Bra & Belt sets for you to decorate. These quality belts are made from sturdy materials on the inside, yet soft and body forming at the same time. The outer layer is made from a shimmer satin fabric that gives it a glossy finish; if not available either satin or another shiny fabric will be used instead. The belt comes in two pieces and measures 22" in length for each piece with the front design in the classic V shape and a fuller back side. The V shape can easily be converted into a round shape if you desire. We use a real bra in making the bra and bone the cup edges for more support. The side straps are strong and are long enough to fit from 26" to 32" under bust measurements. The shoulder straps measure 18" each strap, long enough for any size bra. Currently we are making two cup sizes; small fits A - B cups and medium fits B - C cups, bigger sizes & special orders welcome ***please note that if you take our workshop we will have a size that fits you for the inclusive price*** The Decotach base Bra & Belt sets made with shimmer satin fabric come in the following colors: gold, silver, black, red and turquoise. Custom color or design Base Bra & belts are available as well for a sur- charge. We are offering the base Bra & Belt set at an introductory price of $130.00. If you would like to decorate these Base Bra & Belts please let us know and we will set up a workshop that would include instruction and some decorative materials.
